VIAAS Support

 

I can't find my VIAAS camera(s).

First, make sure the camera isn't already in your account. VIAAS supports multiple "panels" of cameras (similar to the iPhone navigation mode) and your camera may be on a different panel. Look for a triangular arrow on one side of the camera control region or the other, click on it to change panels and find your camera.

Cameras you ordered from the VIAAS store are automatically registered to the account you ordered them with. If you got your camera some other way (or if something broke), you will need to "add a camera". Under the TOOLS menu in the upper right, click add a camera. You will be asked for the camera activation code - the 8 word phrase you can find on the back of your quickstart guide.
